Q. My property is in a location not listed. Can it be added?
A. Yes of course. The software enables YOU to add your own cities and locations even if they are not currently listed.
Q. My property is not in the USA. Can it be added?
A. Yes. AGVR handles properties any where in the world and possibly beyond in the not too distant future.
Q. I'd like to have a calendar on my listing, how do I do that?
A. Research has shown that on-line calendars are currently not a necessarily an attraction for prospective renters. It takes away the possible personal interaction between an owner and a renter. If a renter sees from a calendar that a particular period is booked there is a good chance that he will move on to the next property. However, if he inquires directly to you about a booking maybe you can convince him that an alternative period (one that you have free) is just as good, if not better.
Q. Can I have pictures even if I can't create them myself?
A. If you don't have pictures to upload or don't know how to upload pictures, mail your pictures to AGVR. We will scan/convert them into the proper format. Write on the back of the picture the order you want the pictures to appear on your web page (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc...). This is a free service. Note: Pictures will NOT be returned.
